Brooklyn Pizza was established in 2012 by a family whose story begins long before the first pie ever came out of the oven. After immigrating to the United States in 1993, our founder spent years building a new life — eventually finding his calling in New York’s legendary pizzeria kitchens, where he mastered the craft from the ground up.
He learned everything firsthand: the slow-fermented dough, the scratch-made sauces, the balance of heat and timing that separates good pizza from great pizza. That knowledge came home with him to Texas, where Brooklyn Pizza was born — bringing genuine New York flavor to every slice.
More than a decade later, we’re still a true family operation. Our founder is in the kitchen every day, and his children have grown up working right beside him — learning the same recipes, the same standards, and the same belief that food made with care tastes different.
